Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bookings, tours, and services offered by TravelTech. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

Introduction

Welcome to TravelTech (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), an India-based travel services company offering group tours, customized trip planning, trekking expeditions, road trips, and corporate travel solutions. Our registered office is located at 187 ,swastik nagar ujjain road ,Dewas, India.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Traveller,” “User,” “you”) and TravelTech and apply to all interactions with our website, mobile platforms, customer support channels, and any travel services booked through us — whether online or offline.

We strongly encourage all travellers to read these Terms in full before making any booking. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making an inquiry, placing a booking, or completing a payment — whether in full or partial — you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the services under the supervision of a legal guardian.
  • You have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and all travellers listed in your booking.
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
  • All information provided during the booking process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

TravelTech reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion, including where it suspects misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Booking Policy

3.1 How Bookings Are Made

Bookings may be made via our website, mobile application, email, WhatsApp, or by contacting our team directly. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or message from TravelTech, along with the required advance payment.

3.2 Confirmation

Your spot on any tour or trip is not guaranteed until we have sent you a written confirmation and received the applicable advance amount. Verbal or informal confirmations via calls or social media do not constitute a valid booking.

3.3 Participant Information

All travellers must submit valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) as required at the time of booking. For international trips, a valid Indian passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the date of travel is mandatory.

3.4 Group Bookings

For group tours, all travellers in the group are considered co-participants. The lead booker accepts these Terms on behalf of the entire group and is responsible for communicating all policies, itinerary details, and requirements to fellow travellers.

Payment Terms

4.1 Advance Payment

To secure a booking, a non-refundable advance of 25–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The exact advance amount varies by trip type, duration, and season, and will be communicated during the booking process.

4.2 Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 15 days before the departure date, unless otherwise specified in the trip agreement. For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure), full payment is required at the time of booking.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International travellers may be subject to applicable conversion charges by their bank or card issuer.

4.4 Payment Receipts

A payment receipt or invoice will be issued for every transaction. TravelTech is not liable for payments made to any bank account or individual not officially communicated through our verified company channels. Always verify payment details before transferring funds.

4.5 GST & Taxes

All tour packages are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per the Government of India regulations. GST will be charged over and above the quoted package price unless explicitly stated as inclusive in the package details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservation@travelltech.com. The date of receipt of the written cancellation request will be used to determine applicable charges.

5.1 Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of confirmed cancellation, to the original payment source. Refunds initiated via bank transfers may take additional time depending on the user’s bank.

5.2 Non-Refundable Components

Certain components such as flight tickets, train tickets, entry permits, visa fees, and advance hotel payments may be non-refundable. These will be communicated clearly during the booking process.

5.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that TravelTech cancels a trip due to insufficient group size, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to us, or an option to reschedule to a future date.

Itinerary Changes

TravelTech designs itineraries with care; however, travel in India — especially to remote or mountain destinations — is subject to numerous variables beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify itineraries under the following circumstances:

  • Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or road blockages
  • Government-imposed restrictions, curfews, or changes in permissions
  • Road conditions, landslides, or transportation breakdowns
  • Health or safety concerns affecting the group
  • Unavailability of pre-booked accommodation or transportation

Alterations will be made with the traveller’s safety and best interests in mind. TravelTech will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to such changes. Any extra expenses resulting from modifications will be borne by the traveller.

Travel Risks & Responsibilities

Travel — particularly adventure activities like trekking, camping, and mountain road trips — involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, altitude sickness, adverse weather, and equipment failure. By booking with TravelTech, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are in adequate physical health to participate in the selected activities. TravelTech recommends consulting a physician before undertaking any high-altitude trek or physically demanding trip.

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal accidents, and baggage loss before departure. TravelTech will not be responsible for costs arising from lack of insurance coverage.

User Responsibilities

As a traveller, you agree to:

  • Carry valid, original government ID documents at all times during the trip
  • Follow instructions provided by TravelTech trip leaders, guides, and drivers
  • Arrive at all designated meeting points on time
  • Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation
  • Behave respectfully toward fellow travellers, local communities, and staff
  • Comply with all local laws, environmental regulations, and cultural norms
  • Not bring or consume illegal substances during any trip
  • Be responsible for safeguarding your personal belongings at all times

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TravelTech, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any personal injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or delay during a trip
  • Any loss or theft of baggage, personal belongings, travel documents, or valuables
  • Failure of services provided by third-party vendors including hotels, airlines, transporters, or activity operators
  • Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services

In any event, TravelTech’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific trip in question.

Third-Party Services

TravelTech coordinates with a network of third-party service providers including hotels, guesthouses, transport operators, airlines, trekking agencies, and activity vendors. While we endeavour to partner with reputable service providers, TravelTech acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or reliability of services delivered by third parties.

Any disputes arising from services provided by third-party vendors must be addressed directly with the respective vendor. TravelTech will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist travellers in resolving such disputes.

Links to third-party websites or apps on our platform are provided for convenience only. TravelTech does not endorse or assume responsibility for content, policies, or practices of any third-party platforms.

Package inclusions and exclusions vary by trip. Refer to the specific trip page or itinerary document for accurate details. TravelTech reserves the right to revise pricing due to fuel surcharges, permit fee hikes, or vendor cost changes, and will notify travellers of any material changes before departure.

Force Majeure

TravelTech shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, earthquakes, floods, cyclones, landslides, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

In such events, TravelTech will make its best effort to offer affected travellers alternative dates, trip credits, or partial refunds as applicable, subject to recoverable costs from vendors. Full cash refunds may not always be possible in genuine force majeure situations.

Code of Conduct

TravelTech is committed to creating safe, inclusive, and respectful travel experiences for all participants. Any traveller found engaging in the following may be removed from the trip without refund:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other travellers, staff, or locals
  • Intoxication that endangers the safety of the group or disrupts the trip
  • Vandalism, littering, or damage to natural or cultural heritage sites
  • Refusal to follow safety instructions from the trip leader
  • Any activity that constitutes a legal violation under Indian law

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any travel services provided by TravelTech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, India.
